Garage-clearance example

Illustrative
Problem

A customer asks about clearing a garage while the owner is working.

Action

Right Hand organizes the request, identifies missing details and drafts a reply.

Result

The owner reviews a prepared next step instead of rebuilding the inquiry later.

The everyday problem

Every message pulls you away from the job.

A customer needs an answer while you’re busy working. Stop to reply, and the job slows down. Leave it until later, and messages, quotes and follow-ups pile up. Right Hand organizes the details and prepares the next step, so you can review it without rebuilding the conversation.

01

An inquiry arrives

The customer gives part of the story while you are busy on a job.

02

The details are prepared

Right Hand organizes the request, spots what is missing and drafts the next response.

03

You make the decision

You review the prepared work and choose what happens next.

How Right Hand helps

Prepared around the way you want to work.

You choose what Right Hand may handle and what needs your approval. Approval and automation depend on the permissions you configure.

Organize the inquiry

Turn a new message into a clear job request, with the customer, scope, location and timing together.

Ask for what's missing

Prepare the relevant follow-up questions so you do not have to reconstruct the conversation later.

Draft the next response

Use the details and your pricing notes to prepare a quote or reply for owner review.

Keep the next step visible

Track whether the inquiry needs a reply, a review, a date or a follow-up.

Example workflow

One conversation, ready for review.

Illustrative example

This fictional exchange shows the workflow only. It is not a customer conversation or evidence of a sent message.

Incoming inquiry

Fictional customer

“Hi, can you clear an old sofa, shelves and boxes from my garage next week?”

Details still needed

  • Photos or approximate volume
  • Property address and access
  • Preferred day or time window

Prepared for owner review

Missing-details question

“Thanks for getting in touch. Could you send a few photos, the address and your preferred day next week?”

Owner-review draft

Inquiry summarized with the listed items, access and timing. Once the missing details arrive, a quote can be drafted from the owner's pricing notes.

Next step

Owner reviews or edits the question before anything requiring approval moves forward.

Who it's for

For small businesses where the owner does more than one job.

Why it exists

I built Right Hand because I needed it myself.

Running The Dirty Work meant doing the physical jobs and keeping the business moving around them. Customer questions, quotes, scheduling and follow-ups still needed attention while I was out working.

That experience became the starting point for Right Hand. I wanted an assistant that could organize the details and prepare the admin, while leaving me in control of the decisions.

The Dirty Work gave me the problem. Right Hand is the business I’m building to help other owners handle it.
